We refined expression to compute the sampling error in measuring elevation targets azimuthal width of the adjacent petals burst partial pattern and the expediency of finding ways to reduce these errors. To improve the accuracy of this measurement is proposed a method for measuring the amplitude elevation target (the ratio of the amplitudes of the signals of adjacent petals of the partial radiation pattern), which can be implemented in conjunction with the measurement method for the azimuthal width of the burst.
