In this article a model is represented on the basis of artificial fuzzy neuron network for the prognosis of indexes in activity of Government boundary service of Ukraine. This approach unlike application of artificial neurons networks enables to interpret job performances, that such model is not a “black box”. It enables to apply her for the decision of tasks of tuning of parameters of the unclear systems. The increase of exactness of prognosis requires the detailed consideration of questions of application of methods of fuzzy logic and teaching of neurons networks.
