The new compartment functionally-structural method of approach to the imitative modeling of the homoeostatic systems, widespread in the different areas of nature, technique and public relations, was offered. The new class of mathematical models of the systems with self-regulation of one-dimensional variable of exit at the leadingout of it from the equilibrium state under the action of external disturbing factor, summarizing the functional model of N. Wiener’s “black box”, was got. The efficiency of new approach is shown on the example of the most experimentally investigated physiological system of carbohydrate exchange regulation.
