The analysis of the known algorithms of management turns is conducted in the multiprotocol knots of connection. The count of the states of management subsystem and mathematical model of subsystem of management and service in the multiprotocol knot of connection is considered. Analytical expressions, allowing to estimate probabilistic-temporal descriptions of the designed system, in particular variation of time of delivery of informative package from total intensity of multiservice informative stream, are got. Dependences of variation of time of delivery of informative package are probed on probabilistic-temporal descriptions of telecommunication networks.
