The optimal algorithm is synthesised and the block diagram for estimation of objects brightness temperature of own radio thermal radiation in two-antenna radiometer is proposed. It is shown, that optimal operations include decorrelation of accepted oscillations in both channels, their summation, the next square-law detecting, gain and subtraction of the constant signal proportional to noise temperature of the receiver, which has measured at stage of system calibration. By Fisher matrix inversion it is received expressions for limiting accuracy of brightness temperature estimation.
