The factors, which affecting the human operator of the aviation system as a complex sociotechnical system, were systematized and formalized. The importance of individual-psychological and impact of social-psychological factors on the professional activities of the human operator during the flight situations development from normal to catastrophic were analyzed. On the basis of the reflexive theory of bipolar choice the expected risks of decision-making by the aviation system's operator at influence of external environment, previous experience and intention of a human operator were received. An analysis of decision-making by the aviation system's human operator with the help of GERT stochastic networks was held.
