The paper is devoted to heating nonuniformity, emissivity nonuniformity, and thickness variation of the adhesive layer interferences reduction techniques at starved spot detection in a honeycomb sandwich by the thermal test. Those techniques are based on corresponding testing mode selection, thermal test results (infrared images and sequences) processing taking into account those interferences nature.
