In the article possibility of the use of polarization distinctions is examined between the elements of difficult ballistic aim, conditioned by the environment of distribution of radio waves for the increase of exactness of measuring of distance to the elements of difficult ballistic aim. A device, realizing such possibility, is offered. Efficiency of his work is appraised as it applies to the terms of location of elements in a difficult ballistic aim in a middle-latitude ionosphere. The borders of applicability of the device considered in the article are formulated.
