The potential possibilities of navigation object coordinate measurements based on the radio signal phase parameters in the global navigation systems are investigated in the article. New analytical expressions for the measurement deviation are brought out. Results of the experimental investigations of the given expressions for Maximum Likelihood Estimation and Capon Method are presented.
