In the article influence of reliability (absence of refuses) of side equipment of not piloted aircraft is rotined on efficiency of his application. The method of determination of terms of verification of the technical state of the guided not piloted vehicle is formulated. The algorithms of statistical analysis of results of verification of the technical state of not piloted vehicle are developed in the period of his exploitation, influence of drift of parameters of measuring and control of vehicle is rotined on the terms of lead through of verification of the technical state of side equipment.
