The assessment method of bit speed is developed for the analysis of a compression method of the transformed statical images. The assessment method is based on formation of code designs for the expanded position structural-weight numbers of variable length. The assessment technique of the squeezed view of video stream shots volume is stated. The comparative assessment of bit speed of the compressed images (depending on degree of the saturation image by fine details) is carried out for the developed compression method and the compression method on the basis of JPEG technology of the compression images. It is proved that use of the developed compression technology allows lowering level of bit speed of the compressed video stream.
