In this paper a mathematical model of the oscillating system "machine rotor-driver" in relation to the car DE-226, widely used for cleaning snow from runways, as well as in emergency situations. We obtain the desired values of velocity and acceleration with the cab driver to create a normal, health and ergonomic working conditions.
