The model of the aircraft Boeing 737 surface has been developed. Based on the model, mathematical modeling of the aircraft secondary radiation was conducted for the centimetric, decimetric and metric electromagnetic waves. Main radar characteristics of Boeing 737 have been calculated, namely: the aircraft absolute cross-section, incoherent cross-section, arithmetic mean values and median values of the aircraft cross-section. There is analysis of the aircraft component influence on it’s radar characteristics.
