Method for calculation secondary radiation characteristics of dielectric objects with resonant sizes is considered. Special elements of antenna system constructions and aircrafts, and also unpackaged or plastic mines can be considered as such objects. Method is based on solving of the system of a heterogeneous integral equations of the 2nd kind. The kernels of equations are the electromagnetic fields of electric and magnetic dipoles. Basic formulae used in developed calculation algorithm are presented. Results of calculation of radar cross section of dielectric cylinder are demonstrated for two polarizations.
