Mathematical model of intensity of sending data telecommunication network in accordance with the method of adaptive rate

The paper proposes a mathematical model of the process of controlling the intensity of sending data in a telecommunications network in accordance with the method of adaptive rate. The results of the simulations using the developed model confirms that the functioning of its elements. Determined that when using the adaptive speed under conditions of dynamic changes in the values of the available bandwidth, network resources are used inefficiently, leading to a slowdown in the process of data delivery to the addressee. Using this model allows to determine the average delivery time given amount of data sent and other probabilistic and temporal parameters characterizing the efficiency of the test process.
