Determination accuracy analysis of the radio emission sources (RES) coordinates in the system "passive radio monitoring complex - altimeter" on the basis of extreme statement of the time- difference of arrival (TDoA)) method together with the expression considering altimeter data is carried in the article. RES-coordinates are defined by the minimization of square functional that allows to consider information redundancy of the system and by that considerably to raise the REScoordinates determination accuracy. Statistical modeling scheme, and also the statistical characteristics analysis of the above-named system is provided.
