In article the problem of specification of parameters of movement of space vehicles of optical-electronic supervision with use of the target information is considered. The algorithm with which help it is possible to carry out independent navigation of space vehicles is offered. Feature of algorithm are applications of not local approach to minimization of criterion function on the basis of method Nelder-Mid that allows to expand area of convergence of algorithm and to receive more helpful information on a required minimum at small volume of the measuring information.
