In the article entered in consideration and analytical expressions of the two-dimensional displaced discrete transformation are probed Khartli. Use two-dimensional displaced DPKH allows to develop new and to perfect the existent algorithms of compression and regeneration of images by finding of the optimum distributing of coefficients of DPKH in transformants with the purpose of achievement of the best result on the chosen index of efficiency in the different types of transformation compression of images.
