The analysis of principles of structure of measurings devices of verticality of masts is conducted in the article. The mathematical model of measuring device of parameters of verticality of getting up of mast and analytical expressions is offered for the calculation of precision characteristics of blocks of measuring device and geometrical sizes of pickoff. A measuring device is given it is expedient to utillize in the automatic systems of getting up, which enables to decrease time on deployment of scanner assembly comparatively with existent tools.
