The existent methods of statistical control of processes are analysed. A model and method of control of multiprocess, production, statistically guided process is offered with the low level of imperfectness, which is based on measuring of functions of division of probabilities of interimpulsive intervals on the output of detector of defects of process. The calculation of necessary time is resulted for the exposure of separate defects of the below set level at the set authenticity. Application of method of determination of defects on a background a supporting process allows to decrease time on an analysis and exposure of sources of defects of the systems, and also to provide high authenticity of measurings and stability of results of process in time.
