Actuality of basic problems affected in researches is demonstrated. The ground of choice speech coder frame parameters differentiation defense areas is made. Advantages of the use certain amount of compressed speech signal differentiation defense areas are shown. The areas choice is carried out in the method of quality increase the recovered speech signal. This method is based on determination of speech frame structure and differentiated defense of the structured frame, that allows to maximize the quality of received speech signal. The computational complexity estimation of the applied noise-immunity codes from accessible family for the different choice defense areas is carried out. The on-line storage volume estimation for decoding procedures of noise-immunity codes in-use in a method is carried out.
