Description: The opportunity of occurrence of external influences business-environment on activity of the enterprises in the market is proved. The multivariate environment of interaction contains set of influence factors on all kinds of activity during manufacture, distribution, sales. Thus to each concrete kind of activity of the enterprises there correspond the subsets of influence factors which reflect specificity of these enterprises. The necessity of application of the fuzzy sets theory to modelling actions of influence factors on work of the wholesale enterprises in the market of is proved. Possible approaches, directions and techniques of modelling are presented. The necessary data, positive and negative features of the models are certain. Features for modelling of distribution processes on the basis of fuzzy functions, convolutions of influence factors, fuzzy conditional statements and mark estimations, fuzzy-SWOT-analysis are researched. Comparison of the offered models has been lead.
