In the present work was quantum-dimensional research of structural, electric and energy parameters of quantum dot (QD) + tuberculosis marker are carried out. It is carried out the analysis of immediately such system elements as a marker, on an example of amino acid of tryptophan, and stabilizing coats QD –- thioglycolic acid (TGA) and trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO). Besides, using mathematical modeling was determined the spatial location of such systems as: QD + stabilizing coat; stabilizing coat + tryptophan. Geometry optimization was made by a method of the self-consistent field, using empirical and semiempirical methods.
