Blind signal separation in increase reliability of stomach disease diagnostic by electrogastrography

The blind signal separation (BSS) is used for increase reliability of stomach disease diagnostics. Two bipolar signals are processed. Compared results of two methods electrodes placing: sequential and cross-rectangular on stomach projection. Spectral characteristic of electrogastrogramm are used for analysis reliability: dominant frequency, time percent of bradygastric, tachygastric, normogastric, arrhythmic waves are estimated by the autoregressive moving average analysis. As a result of experiment there is a reliability increase after application of BSS for 12,5% in both leads, the sequential lead and BSS combination increase reliability for 6,25% extra.
