The model of the engineer-aviation and commuter-technical providing (IAO and ATO) of flights is offered in an air-unit which is based on the typical models of theory of mass service. Analytical expression, which sets functional dependence of authenticity of assured IAO and ATO of the volume of raid from the good condition of park of facilities of the surface providing (SNO) of flights and amount of airplanes which are selected on one flying changing planned for an air-unit, is got. Expression can be utillized as a model of limitations of the system of IAO and ATO of flights at raising and decision of extreme tasks on planning of flying preparation.
