The basic stages over of synthesis of approach for the removal of surplus are brought in bit presentation of information, being based on the simultaneous account of sizes and positions of binary objects. The non-equilibrium position encoding of lengths of binary cerouss is developed, which is characterized: non-equilibrium of grounds of lengths of binary cerouss; by dependence of values of gravimetric coefficients on position of the proper length of series in a sequence. Grounded, that the nonequilibrium position encoding possesses potential possibilities for providing of degree of compression of bit presentation of information in the cases of arbitrary values of amount of binary overfalls, up to the direct encoding of binary sequences.
