Description: The estimation of temporal descriptions is examined on compression of images. For this purpose the method of estimation of amount of operations is developed on implementation unequal weight of the position encoding of the transformed images. The conducted estimation of temporal descriptions rotined that: 1) in technology of compression of the transformed images does not bring integration over of NBIO to the increase of complication of organization of calculable processes on the basis of hardware and programmatic representations; 2) for the built technology of compression of the transformed images on basis unequal weight of the position encoding, treatment of videoinformation is provided in real time on universal computing facilities for the mode of compression without the loss of quality redisplayed (the least values of degree of compression and most values of PSNR). 3) among technologies of compression of the transformed images on a base dct the least time is provided in the case of integration unequal weight of the position encoding.
