Article is devoted to application of expert-analytical procedures for estimation of the contribution of the basic groups of properties of a shock aviation complex to the generalized indicator of fighting efficiency and to definition of model for estimation of the generalized indicator. Application of expert-analytical procedures for estimation of the contribution of the basic groups of properties of a shock aviation complex to the generalized indicator of fighting efficiency on the basis of use of elements of methods «snowball sampling» and a method of the analysis of hierarchy gives the chance to apply with the set level of accuracy subjective judgments of experts to definition of local priorities. The coordination of the developed model gives the chance to define a general view of mathematical model for an estimation of the generalized indicator of fighting efficiency in the form of the additive linear form.
