The complex decision of a problem synthesis of system of automatic control (САУ) space saver a pilotless flying machine vertically take off and landing wooden a le-thawing product (SHARE) which represents a new class small-sized flying apparatus with static instability is stated. For the SHARE the failure-safe system automatic heskogo managements, by application of methods of structural identification in a mode stabilization is synthesized. It is presented it is hardware - a program complex of research САУ realizing the developed procedures of identification of parameters of system and allowing to carry out identification aero dynamical SHARE parameters in a stabilization mode.
