The construction of loader asynchronous electric motors, which substantially differs from the constructions of totalindastry types AD, is analysed. The results of the properties and mechanism of death of isolation of coil of loader conducted in the laboratory and production terms of researches are analysed AD. It is set that from parameters which was measured during the leadthrough of these researches (resistance to the isolation, tangent of corner of dielectric losses of tgб, capacity, dependence of currents of loss Іу from the attached tension, threshold of ionization, and also dependences of the above -stated parameters from a temperature) for a further analysis them as parameters of diagnostics of isolation of coil loader AD it is expedient to choose such: dependence of currents of loss Іу and tangent of corner of dielectric losses of tgб from tension and time of work of loader AD. The method of estimation of reliability is offered loader AD in exploitation taking into account operating on coil of internal overstrains.
