In the paper, conception, method and principles of knowledge self-organization established according to the requirements of different factors are presented. In this work, parameters the change of which provides self-organizing knowledge in the intelligent learning system (ILS) are considered in detail. Presented model can be applied to develop similar ILS to provide adaptive learning for users.
