It is considered at present that the best way to subdue a noise consists in averaging the results of accumulated images. However, as far as this requires an availability of several superposable images, this method may not be implemented in a series of applications spheres where such images cannot be obtained. In such cases the image noise spatial filters are widely used. For these conditions an analysis of efficiency of image noise spatial filters is carried out; as a result, the measures are proposed which allow to increase the performance of these filters for solving a number of important application problems.
