The bases of the formation of the cluster-cluster aggregation information space on the state and change of process parameters of the nuclear reactor nuclear power plant and on the basis of the obtained physical model of the phase information space, as well as shows the solution of the problem of recognition of information signs of the accident process parameters of the nuclear reactor nuclear power based on the detection of local inhomogeneities in the volume of information clustercluster aggregation with elements of fractal-cluster theory in space and real time.
