Are substantiated the versions of rotative machine for determining the primary aerodynamic characteristics of aerodynamic air-cushion vehicles. It is shown that the determination of the aerodynamic characteristics of aerodynamic air-cushion vehicles in the wind tunnels requires large energy power, high qualification of researcher, in this case the procedures of simulation experiment with the shielding surfaces have of limitations. Made conclusion about the fact that reduction in the expenditures for simulation experiment, calculation of wave screen they can be achieved by the use of a rotative machine.
