It is proposed to formalize the processes occurring during lapel of the center of mass of Earth observation satellites, using a specially designed logical-analytic functions. It is shown that these functions are convenient to describe the private and complex spatio-temporal parameters of angular motion of the spacecraft in various stages of operation, including the solution of operational problems. Proposed to use for the comparative analysis of control systems of spacecraft angular motion, and to assess the degree of influence of the characteristics of these systems on the quality and quantity of targeted information space surveillance systems.
