The influence and ways of external hydrostatic pressure neutralization for modern electro-acoustic transducers designs as a part of the hydroacoustic equipment which provide the acoustic signals radiation and reception are analyzed. For the power, compensated and unloaded types of transducers designs on the basis of accumulated transducers variants designs solutions are generalized. Materials of article expand possibilities of electro-acoustic transducers developers in searching compromises for different design variants and satisfaction of service conditions requirements which become more and more rigorous.
