The theory of measurement uncertainty evaluation of the maximum limited number of observations is considered. Uncertainty estimates obtained through the formula of Bessel and the ranges of sample are studied. Comparison of the effectiveness of these estimates is conducted. The methodic of estimation of measurement uncertainty due to testing vehicle developed.
