Article is devoted to the development of improved design of the facility for bell prover ability to work at a high overpressure. The design of the displacer in the form of a parallelepiped, which is made of glass is proposed for the operation of the prover at high pressures the bell displacer enclosed in a pressure chamber. A priori uncertainty transfer unit gas volume and gas volume flow rate at high pressure bell prover is reviewed.
