Uncertainty of control of viscoelastic properties of vegetable oils using acoustic impedance method

Uuncertainty of control of viscoelastic properties of vegetable oils using the acoustic impedance method by measuring the frequency dependence of the reflection coefficient of transverse (shear) ultrasound free from the interface of fused silica - vegetable (soybean) oil is evaluated. Use of linearization method for estimating the reflectance and its accuracy characteristics is justified. It was found that the greatest contribution to the combined standard uncertainty of measurement of the reflection coefficient, making the measurement uncertainty of the amplitude after application of ultrasound test liquid on the work surface acoustic cell.
