In article the adaptive algorithm of indistinct management in factor of amplification ,  the filter for increase of accuracy estimation parameters of a trajectory of the maneuvering purpose is offered. It is shown, that use of the offered algorithm in comparison with point-to-point data-hold device allows to increase accuracy of estimation parameters of a trajectory submaneuvering the purposes.
