Influence of the spreading surface on probability of radioelements degradation at the radiation of ultrawideband signals

The method of semiconductor elements degradation probability calculation for the uniform law of thermal energy distribution is offered when using the ultrawideband signals reflected from a spreading surface. The form of the reflected signal, its peak capacity, quantity of impulses in a pack is considered in a method. It is noted that at increase in a corner of sliding the probability of degradation decreases that causes to increase quantity of sequence impulses.
