In real conditions of radio wave propagation and reflection from a moving target complex form of chaotic radar signals is greatly distorted. Thus considerably deteriorates the quality of their processing. The work to improve quality of detection chaotic radar signal with fluctuating parameters is provided the use technology of formation surrogate signals. The algorithm for generating surrogate signals can save spectral, the correlation and non-linear properties of the signals. On the basis of the formation of these clones signal in the work proposed statistical averaging observation noise and fluctuations of the signal parameters at their normal distribution. The use of surrogate signals for processing chaotic signals can increase probability of their correct detection by 10 - 20%.
