In the article approach is offered to creation of structural code, which the method of record and read-out of information in data storages, abbreviating in one and a half times volume of the involved memory and, is developed on the basis of, consequently, making better in the proper number one time its reliability, overall and capacitive indexes. The synthesized code assuredly retrieves module mistakes and applicable for the control of capacity of storage cells. The fault-tolerant structures of memory are represented also for 8, 16 and 32th bits formats of presentation of information.
