Features of processing of the information in a subsystem of sales of large trade enterprise are considered. The analysis of traditional methods of processing of the information in similar systems is lead. The alternative model of access to the information, based on application of speech technologies is offered. The model of recognition of speech commands, suitable for construction of speech dialogue access is described.
