In the article the formalized description of existent regenerate radar reconnaissance’s systems structure is resulted without attachment to the geographical co-ordinates, that shows by itself a non-orientable graph is resulted to the hierarchical kind. The signs of functional firmness are got allow to define the state of the radar reconnaissance by graphic method, namely possibility to conduct the evaluation of the system in relation to it functional firmness. Possibility appears on the basis of findings: ground of requirement to the construction of the systems transmissions given, decisions of task of synthesis of optimum structure after the criterion of a maximum of functional firmness with a limit on the cost of construction and exploitation of signals lines.
