Analysis of the first entry of seismic signal with purpose of efficient notification about the earthquakes

Actuality of development of new approaches to treatment of seismic information with purpose of reduction of time of notification of users about the powerful earthquake in the fellow creature area is shown in work. Approaches are considered to the efficient exposure of signals from the earthquakes in the near area and estimation of their parameters on results analysis of the first entry. Advantages of use of correlation analysis and wavelet-transformations are estimated. The offered approach will allow carrying out notification of users about the earthquake, which took place in the given district, to approach of the most dangerous (destructive) phases of seismic signal.
