The simulation of distribution of probability density of output quantity have been carried out by the Monte-Carlo method for variation of uncertainty of temperature from 0 up to 5 degrees on frequencies up to 10 кГц for 100000 samples. With increase in uncertainty of an estimation of temperature, the law of distribution of output quantity changes, and for values of this uncertainty in 5 degrees, this law substantially differs from the normal law and converges to the trapezoidal one.
