The data of confidense limit error and expanded uncertainty calculation on the basis of the interlaboratory experiment results are given. The interlaboratory experiment was carried out by using of the set of six state standard samples as examined samples. In fives independent results on each of six levels of all 18 elements represented in standard samples were got. Used state standard samples are stable synthetic mixtures of cobalt oxides and elements-dashes, a powder of size 0,1 mm. The program STATISTICA was used for the calculations of statistical descriptions of the interlaboratory experiment.
