The software tool for the estimation of the measurement uncertainty, that performs both the standard algorithm and alternative approaches to an uncertainty estimation, is described. It is structured by the types of metrological works. A programmatic mean is developed within the framework of permanent metrological theme and development will be completed to the end of 2008. Further improvements will be done in part of laboratory collations and methods which are used in part of research evaluation of vagueness of measurings. All functional possibilities of programmatic mean lean against normatively-methodical documents.
