The measurable quantity estimation way in single measurement of a variable process is proposed by authors and result uncertainty is received. Design results confirmed supposition, that as a result of differentiation of row there is not strengthening of random error making term, present in basic data. Inserting amendment in the result of measuring on systematic dynamic effects does not result in multiplying the interval of dispersion of results. The estimation of the measured physical size got as a result is undisplaced and effective.
